Building products include building materials, components or components for installation, construction, composition and other related information. Incombustibility test of building materials is a test that must be tested according to national standards.
1, the profile
1.1 sample shall be made from a large enough sample of the representative product.
1.2 the sample was cylindrical, with volume (76 + 8)cm cubed, diameter (45-2)mm, and height (50 + 3)mm.
2. Sample preparation
2.1 if the thickness of the material does not meet (50/3)mm, the height of the sample (50/3)mm can be achieved by adding layers of the material and/or adjusting the thickness of the material
2.2 each layer of material shall be placed horizontally in the sample frame, and each layer shall be tied together with two iron wires with diameter of no more than 0.5mm to exclude the air gap between the layers, but no significant pressure shall be applied. Samples of loosely packed materials shall represent properties such as appearance and density of actual use.
Note: if the sample is composed of multiple layers of materials, the sample density should be as consistent as possible with the product density provided by the manufacturer
3. Number of samples
Five sets of samples were tested according to the standard procedure
Note: the number of samples can be increased if there are other requirements for the classification system standard.
4. State adjustment
Before the test, the sample shall be subject to state adjustment in accordance with the relevant provisions of EN13238. Then put the sample into the + (60 + 5) ℃ air drying oven adjustment (20 ~ 24 h, the sample and then placed in dry cooling to room temperature in the dish. Before the test, weigh the mass of each set of samples, accurate to 0.01g.
