Test principle:

A full - section metal tube is bent around a specified radius and a bent bent with cao until the relevant standard is reached.

Test steps:

1. Bend the tube specimen without filling, and ensure that the bending deformation section of the specimen is in close contact with the metal tube, until the bending Angle is reached.

2. In the bending test of the welded pipe, the position of the weld relative to the bending plane should meet the requirements of the relevant product standards.If no specific requirements are specified, the weld shall be placed in the position of 90 degrees (i.e., bending neutral line) with the bending plane.

3. The description of bending test results shall be based on the requirements of relevant product standards.When the product standard is not specified, without the use of magnifying glass, if there is no crack, it should be qualified.
