The BJDR3030 thermal conductivity meter is a new type of testing equipment designed according to the national standard gb10294-2008, the regulation of thermal resistance of thermal insulation materials and the determination of protective hot plate method.It is suitable for the determination of thermal conductivity of all kinds of homogeneous insulating materials and non-good thermal conductive materials.The machine adopts the microcomputer to do automatic control system, which has the characteristics of automatic control, temperature and power curve of the experimental process, automatic completion of data collection and generating report, etc., which is highly intelligent.It is an ideal choice to carry out such testing programs in China.

Functional characteristics

Set the parameters of the thermal conductivity meter system.

Change temperature: determine the condition of system stability.The change temperature is that the system is stable when the temperature difference of the cold and hot plate is less than the change temperature value.

Number of samples: conditions for determining the stability of the system.

Coefficient of proportion: instrument constant K.Thermal conductivity = thermal conductivity measurement result * K.

If the cold plate temperature in the test parameter is lower than the set value, it can start the refrigeration, otherwise the refrigeration system will not be opened.
